How can you prove the treatment is safe and non-invasive?

Clinical studies have proven the safety and efficacy of CAP technology on the skin. It is used in 5 national hospitals in Thailand for chronic diabetic wound healing. Ultra-Pulse Contact CAP has been used successfully on a variety of skin conditions by Dr. Chanchai and his medical team for the past 15 years in Thailand.

Does the treatment have any side effects?

No, the treatment is completely safe and does not have any side effects.

How do the serum and the treatment work together to produce the best results?

The treatment accelerates skin cell turnover and the serum provides the necessary nutrients and minerals for this process.

Can you treat children?

Our clinic currently treats only those aged 18 and over.

Can I have treatment when pregnant/breastfeeding?

While the treatment is extremely safe, it is a standard guideline that electromagnetic wave machines cannot be used on anyone while pregnant. However, it is safe for those who are breastfeeding.

Does the treatment hurt?

The treatment will feel different on different skin types. On normal skin, the treatment feels a little warm. On dry and flakey skin, the treatment feels warm with a buzzing sensation. On open and oozy wounds, the treatment may sting. A particularly sensitive area is the face. As your skin quality improves, the stinging and/or warmness will gradually reduce.

Does the treatment leave a scar?

The treatment does not leave any scars. It is non-invasive and non-ablative, which means that it does not hurt or harm the skin’s surface. Any hyper and hypo pigmentation that occurs is a part of your skin’s natural healing process.

Are there restrictions to being able to have the treatment?

You will be assessed during an information session prior to treatment to confirm your suitability for treatment. This will be done on a case-by-case basis.

What will happen when I stop using the treatment?

Full healing of the skin requires time. It is highly recommended for you to continue treatment until your skin is fully healthy. Stopping treatment prematurely can cause the skin cell regeneration rate to drop again. As your skin quality improves, the frequency and duration of your treatment will reduce until you are independent of it.
